Long time no blog

I have not bloged in sometime i have been a little busy. Im still on weight watchers and so far my total loss is -24lbs im so proud of myself. I have worked so hard and have yet to give up im on week 11 i will blog more and keep up on it. If i dont blog you can check out my vlog on youtube that i keep or weekly or at least try too

Weigh in and rambling


Sundays weigh it was my best so far i lost - 5 lbs I'm so happy to finally see a bigger number. Its inspired me to keep going and work harder. I have been exercising alot more and pushing myself alot harder because i no this will all pay off in the long run. Lets see so far i have stopped buying diet sodas and only buying teas and bottled water. I really think that has contributed to my weight loss the only time i get a diet drink is when I'm out. My eating habits have been improving and i make much smarter decisions then i have in the past. WW has helped me alot and made dieting essayer on my life style it also is much essayer to do then counting calories and fat grams. Lets talk bread although i just cant give bread up because its something i really enjoy but i have been enjoying using crepes for sandwiches and using them as tortillas for breakfast burritos. I have just lowered my intake for bread. Getting rid of pasta is completely out of the question for me. I love it way to much this is also one thing i find really hard for me is vinaigrette dressings I HATE THEM i just cant stand them. I put them on my salads but i don't find them enjoyable so i don't eat salads often at all. If you no any alternatives please let me no

Todays LUNCH Yummy


Today i made i made lunch and it was really good i made a Turkey Burger with Fry's. It was a Jennie o seasoned turkey burger it was 4 points. 1 piece of Cheddar cheese 2 points, 1 piece of turkey bacon 1 point, Lettuce 2 pieces of tomato, Frozen Fry's 3oz 3 points, 1 thing wheat bun 1 point. With a total of 11 points

Sunday weigh in

This week i lost 2.9 lbs I'm very happy with that number because last week i only lost 1lb. So far since i have started WW i have lost a total of 7.7lbs this is my week 4 weigh in. Normally on other diets i have lost more weight in a month but i will not complain due to my lack of exercise and motivation to get moving. I think as of right now I'm on the right track and i have been exercising a lot more i have been walking 1.5 miles a day. I feel that's better then nothing. I will continue on my weight loss journey and not let the slow weeks get me down.

Left overs mixed with breakfast

Last night i made some chicken with brown rice and i put onion and bell pepper in the brown rice and i had some left over and this morning i wanted to make an omelet and thought well i have some rice left over from last night so i might as well use it. I added it into my 2 eggs 3.5 pts i mixed with water and added 1/2 cup of mushrooms 0 pts and 1 slice of deli turkey 0 pts and tried to make an omelet but as you can see I'm very good at flipping . I also had 1 half of a wheat bagel 2 pts with 1tbs of orange marmalade 1 pt it all came out to 8.5 pts very filling it was also surprisingly good it was something different

Today i went to subway

Today i went to subway and had
a orchard chicken salad 6" and it
was really good i just got one piece
of Swiss cheese. and from what i
read on some boards its only
6.5 points per 6" but since i had
1 slice of cheese it came out too
7.5 points. It was really good and
i recommend it if you are on W.W
Last night i did really awful i was hungry
and choose to go to taco bell and used all my bonus points except -7 of them
on TACO BELL!!!!! i was to tired to cook :( and i knew better but i will never be
doing that again

Only 0 point on WW good with crackers i found
these at walmart and decided to give them a try although they taste a little bland
but there good with laughing cow cheese or anything like that. You cant beat the
0 points
