This week I'm not to happy although i did lose 1.9 lbs
but i worked so hard this week and thought i would
honestly lose more :( but i didn't. I have been eating a
lot of almonds lately and drinking more protein powder
then i use to, So I'm wondering if that might have anything
to do with it? hmm I'm really not sure. I just wish i would of made it to my 70 lbs weight loss right now im at 68.5 almost there. Hopefully next week ill make it there
I know i may have mentioned this last week but i wanted to bring it up again i bought the misto cooking sprayer and i add my own olive oil into it. I think its so much cheaper then buying the disposable cans and it works a lot better and also it doesn't ruin your pans. It cooks eggs smoothly and your not using
a lot of oil. Great for low fat cooking.
